Meeting our Housing Need..
.

Leduc Foundation was established in 1958 under Provincial legislation to provide seniors lodge accommodation to the citizens of all the communities within Leduc County.

Governed by a Board of Directors made up of Councilors from Leduc County and each of the Member Municipalities, Leduc Foundation has evolved to provide a variety of Seniors Housing options including Supportive Living (seniors’ lodge), Supportive Housing, and Seniors’ Apartment’s.

Leduc Foundation also provides a full Community Housing program that includes Affordable Housing as well as Subsidized Rental Accommodation in 2, 3, and 4-bedroom townhouses, houses and private landlord’s accommodation for non-senior individuals and families.
