Seniors' HousingLeduc Foundation provides, in the communities within Leduc County and the City of Leduc, subsidized housing for seniors sixty-five (65) years of age and older in both supportive and independent living accommodation.
Younger applicants will be considered as space permits.
Supportive AccommodationHousing-keeping and meals service options are provided in supportive accommodation. There are two types of supportive accommodation offered:
Supportive Living (Seniors' Lodges) - Leave the housework and cooking behind and experience the pleasure of good company in secure surroundings. You may come and go as you please, entertain your family and friends in your room, the lounges or sitting areas. For added security, staff are available to respond to emergencies 24 hours a day.
Supportive Living is available at Planeview Place and Cloverleaf Manor offering each resident a private, furnished, bed-sitting room with a three or four-piece ensuite. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Personal furniture may be brought into the room.Supportive Housing - One-bedroom suites are available at Planeview Place. The suite includes a kitchenette (fridge & microwave). Each resident may furnish their suite with their own belongings. The base service package includes weekly housekeeping and one meal a day.
Seniors sixty-five (65) years of age and older are eligible to apply for Supportive Accommodation by completing a Supportive Living & Housing application form.

Seniors’ Independent Living Apartments
Discover the comfort and security of an apartment in a seniors’ building. Attractive one-bedroom suites feature a comfortable living-dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, storage room and large closets. The carpeted suites include a fridge, stove, and drapes. Wheelchair accessible suites are also available. A common laundry facility is located within the building.
Social clubs plan teas, card tournaments, and bingo to be held in the common social areas within the building.
