ACCOMMODATION CHARGE

  • Accommodation Charge = Rent + Service Package (minimum charge $961)
  • Each senior is able to be left with $265 per month of disposable income to pay for larger room surcharge, optional services, medication and other personal expenses.
  • Non-Senior Accommodation Charge = Rent + Service Package (minimum $839)

Supportive Living Services (Cloverleaf Manor, Planeview Manor/Place)
Package Includes:

  • Private furnished Bed/Sitting Room with window coverings and 3 or 4 piece bath
  • 3 Meals & 3 Snacks served daily in the dining room
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Weekly linen & towel change
  • Spring/Annual room cleaning
  • Activities & recreation
  • 24 hour security & Emergency response

Supportive Housing Services (Planeview Place)
Package Includes:

  • Private 1-bedroom suite with kitchenette & 3 piece bath
  • Window coverings
  • Noon meal and 3 snacks served daily in the dining room
  • Weekly housekeeping
  • Spring/Annual suite cleaning
  • Activities & recreation
  • 24 Hr security & Emergency response

Optional Services Available:
Supportive Living and Supportive Housing

  • Personal laundry - $30.00 per month per person
  • Additional cleaning - $20.00 per hour (1/4 hour minimum)
  • Therapeutic bath - $5.00 per use or $20 per month for 1x/week bathing
  • Fridge Rental (Cloverleaf Manor only) - $5.00 per month
  • Fridge Plug-in - $5.00 per month
  • Cable TV – rate established according to Cable Company charge
  • Vehicle parking - $10 per month
  • Scooter parking (Planeview & West Grove only) - $10 per month
  • Private dining room, Planeview Place and Wing 4 Lounge, Cloverleaf Manor
    • No Charge - use of room with self-serve/donation for coffee/tea, left clean
    • $25.00 per event  - coffee/tea, dishes, cutlery & clean-up provided
    • $50.00 per catered event plus cost of menu (groups of 10 or more)
  • Guest Meals – invite your family and friends to join you for a meal
    • Invite up to 4 guests - provide the kitchen with 2 hours notice.
    • Invite 5 – 9 guests - provide the kitchen with at least 2 days notice.
    • More than 10 will be served in the Private Dining Room/Wing 4 Lounge
    • Charge per person: Breakfast $4.00, Dinner $7.00, Supper $6.00

Supportive Housing Only

  • Breakfast and Supper meals on a regular basis
  • Occasional Meals – at posted rates
  • Weekly linen & towel change/launder - $30.00 per month
