5020 - 51 Street, Leduc AB (Location map and directions)Built in 1983, this 50 unit seniors self contained building is located in the City of Leduc. Three facilities (West Grove Apartments, Plainview Place and Plainview Manor) are all adjoined on one block close to downtown. The 3-story building is equipped with an elevator and has 48 one bedroom apartments, (550 sq. ft.) that are accessible but not wheelchair adapted and 2 one bedroom units that are adapted for wheelchair. Units are equipped with a fridge and stove and common laundry facilities are available for tenant use. There is surface parking with plug ins available at a cost of $10.00 per month. The site is located at the centre of downtown Leduc making all services accessible. As the building is connected to our Plainview Manor, residents have the option of joining in the activities and entertainment at the Lodge. Occasional meals can be accessed at Planeview Place for an additional fee.
