The building is a one level, ground level design with 15 one bedroom apartments (600 sq. ft.) that are accessible but not adapted and 1 one bedroom unit that is adapted for wheelchair. There is a common area for shuffleboard, socializing etc. Units are equipped with a fridge and stove but no washer/dryer hook-ups however, a common laundry room is available for tenant use. There is surface parking with plug ins available at a cost of $10.00 per month. The site is located in town making all services accessible.
