Built in 1980, this 16 unit seniors self contained building is located in the Village of Thorsby. The building is a one level, ground level design with 15 one bedroom apartments (550 sq. ft.) that are accessible but not adapted and 1 one bedroom unit that is adapted for wheelchair. There is a common area for shuffleboard, socializing etc., an exercise room and a deck off the back entry with barbecue, table and chairs. The residents enjoy the grounds whether working in the flower beds/garden or sitting and relaxing. Units are equipped with a fridge and stove, a common laundry room is available for tenant use.
