It is a 2-story building equipped with an elevator and containing 40 one bedroom apartments (480 sq. ft.) that are accessible but not wheelchair adapted. Units include a fridge and stove. Common laundry facilities are available for tenant use. Ground floor units have patios and 2nd floor units have balconies. A surface parking spot with plug in, is available at a cost of $10.00 per month. There are three common areas for shuffleboard, socializing or tenant/family events etc. as well as an outdoor seating area with barbeque.
